Welcome to Barre Physique
At Barre Physique we help sculpt and strengthen your body by using high intensity, ballet inspired dance to music exercises. Using resistance bands and weights, barre exercises get deep into the muscle layer which generates a greater muscle burn. Small isometric movements with high repetition also help to create and sculpt a much longer and leaner looking physique.

My style is low impact, but high-paced, with a strong cardio element. Be prepared to sweat, embrace the shake and have a great full-body workout!
Over time you will see a major difference to your body. Barre will help to tone your physique, increase your muscle definition, improve your body alignment and build greater strength and endurance.​

No previous barre or ballet experience is necessary. Barre is suitable for all fitness levels, modifications & progressions are given during every class. Everyone is very welcome!
